Celebrating Biodiversity- at the Maitland Library

Learn how to create a biodiversity friendly backyard. Michael Tinlin will talk about what you can plant to attract native fauna into your yard. Everyone takes home a free seedling to get started. and take home a seedling to start it.

Bushland BioBlitz - Family event at Poppethead Park, Kitchener, NSW
Locals and scientists work together to record native species. Special children's activities including Discover Ragers and Waterwatch. Food trucks will be on site.

Maitland 100 Years Reminder - Maitland celebrates 2oo years!
There will be aboriginal face painting and dance, puppets and more. People are encouraged to dress as a convict or early settler!.
We will be there if you would like to talk about gardening with native plants. Non-profit trucks will be providing food and coffee.For brochure link click here
