Location: East coast to plains – NSW
Flower Colour: Blue
Flowers: October – March
Soil: Sandy or good drainage.
Drainage: Damp areas
Exposure: Full sun preferred
Cover: Height – 40 cms x Width – 40 cms
Water: Best results in damp soil but not a bog.
Danger: Cut stems exude white sap that produces a severe stinging sensation if rubbed on eyes and may cause irritation to sensitive skin.
Prune: Prune hard after flowering; then reshoots; otherwise will die.
Replace for vigour every 2 years
Attracts: Border plant
