Northern Beaches - Visit to Cicada Glen Nursery

This new and delightful nursery stocks nearly all local Sydney native plants and just a few plants native to Western Australia.

Kelly Bollinger who previously worked at Wirreanda Nursery will show the group around and share her vast knowledge of Native Rainforest and Sydney Sandstone plants. Please have all your questions about native plants ready. Kelly has some Flannel Flowers at present which have been propagated from cuttings - hope this piques your interest!

The garden is extremely tranquil with a grassed area, ponds and a cabin with a covered deck. The cabin is opening as an Art Gallery on 1 March, so just in time for this visit.

Directions - the entrance is on the left, immediately after turning off Mona Vale Road. Parking within the nursery at the end of the long driveway.

Bring your own morning tea which can be enjoyed on the cabin deck or around the grassed area.
