Central Coast - Meeting & talk: Creating backyard frog habitats

Sam Willis will talk about different types of frogs found on the Central Coast and how to identify frogs from their calls. Learn how to become a citizen scientist by monitoring frogs in your backyard or local area. Discover how you can make your property frog friendly and how to set up frog habitat in your garden.

Sam is the CEO of the Community Environment Network (CEN), a not-for profit community organisation based on the Central Coast. Sam has a background in environmental science and education and a passion for citizen science. Sam enjoys managing the diversity of projects and programs the CEN runs whilst also participating in other committees such at the Central Coast Wetlands, Central Coast Council Catchments Committee, Marine Discovery Centre and Greater Sydney Landcare Network. Sam enjoys being outside in nature spending time camping with her 3 kids or at the beach.
