Sounthern Tablelands invites you to catch a display of spring wildflowers on this sandstone plateau, where the Hairpin Banksia (Banksia spinulosa) and Dwarf She-Oak (Allocasuarina nana) also flourish. The track to the beautiful waterfall is very short — it’s a mere four-minute walk if you’re not concentrating on plant identification, as we are.
We’ll also have time to also explore the Coastal Lookout Track, which yields botanic surprises every year as it continues its recovery from the 2019-20 bushfires; and some crannies of the spectacular Nissan Rocks.
Meet at 8.15 am in the carpark of Goulburn Council in Clifford Street, Goulburn, for carpooling and prompt 8.30am departure.
