Central Coast - Talk & meeting - Brian Gleeson - Australian plants for the garden

At our next meeting on Saturday 8^th June, we will meet Brian Gleeson, who will share his experiences as a Horticulturalist, Propagator, Grower and owner of a wholesale nursery.  He is particularly interested in Australian natives, and will be bringing some of his favourites along to show, such as the versatile Banksia aemula, commonly known as the wallum banksia.  

Brian has been a nurseryman for all his working life and his experience as a grower as well as his love of the Australian bush, has given him some good insights into plants that would add beauty and interest to suburban gardens.

Brian will be answering questions on any aspects of selecting, propagating, growing and maintaining Australian natives.
