Join Harbour Georges River APS for a guided walk in Sylvan Grove Native Garden.
This is a one-off event kindly guided by Jim Mackay, horticulturist for Canterbury Bankstown Council. If you plan to join the tour, please contact Liz Cameron
Sylvan Grove Native Garden is a bushland setting where more than 1,500 species of native plants from all over Australia have been planted. From mid-August to the end of November, when flowering is at a peak, Sylvan Grove is open on week-ends as well as week days.
A picnic shelter is available if you want to bring morning tea or lunch.
Parking in the nearby vicinity is limited. Waterproof shoes recommended for the winding bush tracks.
