Join Harbour Georges River group for a morning in the Wolli Creek valley. Paul Ibbetson, Bushcare Coordinator for the Wolli Creek Preservation Society, will lead us on a guided walk along Wolli Creek from Bardwell Park to Turrella visiting several Bushcare sites. Taking a slow pace, we will pause, look, and learn about the work of the WCPS and the natural wonders of the area.
The walk will finish at Turrella Reserve, close to Turrella station. Distance approximately 2km.
Public transport is recommended.
Directions: Travel to Bardwell Park station. As you exit, turn towards the creek then walk about 100m over the bridge. The meeting point is on the corner of Hartill-Law Avenue, just before Fauna Street. Bring: A hat, water bottle, sturdy shoes & morning tea & your lunch if you wish.
